What a shocking appointment given all the talent Belgium has! It seems rushed and I doubt if the appointment will be a success, seems they are running the risk of wasting this brilliant generation. Nations like Belgium without a history of churning out loads of top players [all at once] need to do more when they find themselves in such luck, just my 2 cents, otherwise it may be a generation (or never) before they unearth same.
