It does look somewhat like the Element with the rear hinged access doors and such, but utilizes different construction.
The FJ is a true 4x4 with proper transfer case and high ground clearence, and costs nearly 50% more than the Honda when similary equipped. Here is one more interior pic and one rear view: |

Just from that first pic I thought it was the H3. I thought the Toyota FJ Cruiser was only a concept... Things that make you go hm...

I thought it was an H3 as well..at first glance, but then I noticed the wheels were different then I remembered the FJ Cruiser....I like it!! The interior storage spaces could be improved though...there's this huge expanse of dash that could've been better utilized (the airbag cover is on top of the dash and then about 1 foot down is the glovecompartment that swings down...
