I no longer go to an affiliated CrossFit gym, so I’ve been having some fun designing my own WOD’s the past year or so.

To get it started, here are my last couple WODs:

1. 4 rounds for time:

10 Push Press - 95 lbs
20 BW lunges
30 sit-ups
200m row

2. Set a treadmill to a moderate pace (I choose 6mph). Run for 15 minutes, at the start of every minute perform 6 alternating DB snatches with a 50lb DB
