It'll be held if all teams can make it, but no spectators. A televised only event.

I read that Vietnam has a 2 week quarantine period for anyone coming in. Wonder how that'll work out for the race there.

Plus, Italy's "lockdown" on movement and you gotta wonder how the Italian based teams will be able to function.

Indeed a lot to think about and I guess if a cure is not available soon we may expect a depleted F1 schedule if not a total abandonment for this year if situation worsens.

Just think of the massive financial losses due to this pesky germ. How will the F1 teams survive?!!!!!!!

I know that this comment was meant to be sarcastic, but the smaller teams on the grid could very well be affected if more races are cancelled. A significant portion of their revenue comes from money that F1 makes from race hosting fees. Williams recently said that they could deal with one, maybe two races being cancelled (mainly because the lost revenue would be offset with less expenditures on travel, shipping, spare parts manufacturing, etc). But any more than that, and they will be affected. I'd argue that only about half the grid wouldn't really be affected by this.
