today is the first time in a few days that I could even load anything, and its still noticeably slower than usual

It's working fine for me again this morning.

Hopefully the Webmaster has seen this thread and is working on resolving the issue.

I’ve got the exact same issues everyone describes. It hasn’t gotten better (or changed in any way) from how it has been since it started for me.

Yep, been on here with my laptop and phone today, seems back to normal.

The issue was with vBulletin which is the board hosting SW used by this site. It started acting out around Aug 24th, I think. Not sure if they were under a cyberattack or other bugs. It affected all discussion boards using vBulletin.

Anyway, sounds like they were able to recover and are running normal now.

On premise has it's advantages.
