I need a new torque converter and found one in the UK. I have the VIN and the seller shared the mileage of the donor vehicle.

Since I need to pull the tranny, which is a big job for me, I’d like to validate that mileage is correct. Does anyone know of a website where I can plug in the VIN to see the last reported mileage of the vehicle? Or kilometerage I guess if your European lol!

You can try "Car Vertical". It is VIN based and has a mileage check feature. Not sure if it will work with parted out cars but it's worth a try.

Thanks man. I tried that but it’s not free. They want $30 for 1 report.
I don’t need anything but the miles on the vehicle. I just want to confirm the sellers details.

I don't know but I think $30 is pretty cheap for a little peace of mind. It's not like you have to buy a $300 annual subscription.
