USAA certainly seems to be proving that true more and more everyday. I do not understand all their advertising. Everyone who needs to know about USAA already knows. If you’ve been in the military any time at all you know about USAA. Especially these days. Maybe for a while right after they opened it up to enlisted members those guys and gals might not have been quite up to speed with USAA, but now every service member knows!! I guess like with their latest commercial they are trying to be sure they didn’t miss anyone’s grandchild. Like we want every former service member’s grandchild. I know this will be jumped on as elitist and I know their growth potential was seriously limited, but their products and their service was so much better when it was just officers. And I say that as a former enlisted who wasn’t eligible to join. And also as a point of everyone knowing about USAA. Even as an enlisted member I knew and I’m pretty sure I called USAA to very day I got commission to establish my membership.
