I don't know whether it was the update to 07/2024.40 or iOS 18 (I've done both recently), but the sidebar on Apple CarPlay has switched to the passenger side of the screen. I did see a tip online that changing the LHD/RHD exterior light settings would fix it but that made no difference (and it was already set up correctly).

It's not the end of the world, but it is annoying.

Do you know how to switch the sidebar in the settings?

Mine has done this twice after 2 updates.

It flicks back to the right hand side in a day or two.

Posted about this months ago. Think it’s a bug and did not find any way for force it back. Just happens itself.
