Yikes. In where I live, iX1 prices were hiked up around 3K USD after I placed deposit. I was told since I paid the lower price, my car with production date of mid July still gets Sensatec seats. Argh

I can hardly see this ever happening.
All the customers I have read of who had ordered their car with the previous price list have been automatically upgraded to the new veganza. This happened to all the X1 produced starting from 1st July 2023, you would be the first one to report such thing in BP.

Mid July should be good for the new veganza!
Do you have a VIN?
You can check the fabric at mdecoder.com

Let us know!

Keep you posted once my car arrives. Supposedly could get it in early October. I'm a little confused as well.

That said, I live in Hong Kong. Cars here kinda do their own thing. The local dealer, which only has one, doesn't even import ICE versions of U11s. Let's see. ....

Yeah, the easiest way to verify it, is from mdecoder.com , you can check the build date with seats/upholstery installed..

Your dealer likely already knows the VIN for your car if you ask them 😎

The dealer definitely knows. The boat is arriving on September 16th. Just that my dealer really isn’t the most helpful one, especially when there is only in town. So they really are just doing the minimum when it comes to sales. I will just ask for that when car is off the boat

Unfortunately it will be another 3-4 weeks before I get the car, as local regulations require some paperwork done for government tax credits on EV in where I live …

It’s a June production, you won’t get Veganza but you should still have the door sills, glovebox led light etc.

I know I’m resurrecting a thread that’s over a year old so this has probably already been answered but I’m not finding it so here goes…

No it smells nothing like sensatec - which I despise. Every time I’ve had a loaner with it I’ve had to keep windows down because that unmistakable sensatec smell was nauseating… and something I would always tell my salesman was a deal breaker

I’ve not owned one with veganza yet but based on look/feel and lack of smell in the demo vehicles I was willing to give it a shot
