We call this chili, but it's really three types of beans (chili, red kidney, and black), red and green bell peppers, a yellow onion, a can each of pureed and diced tomatoes, a can of sweet corn, ground beef, and spices like chili powder and paprika. Topped with shredded cheese. Surprisingly, not very high calorie. Very tasty.

Lot of starch tonight, feeling it. Cod filet, angel hair pasta, some sort of coin shaped tater tot that Mrs H brought home. They were tasty. Jalapeño ketchup for the tots, tarter for the fish. Bulleit Rye on a big cube with a drizzle of bourbon cherry juice shaken.

Pan seared halibut finished with herb lemon butter on a bed of asparagus and a spicy red pepper muhammara sauce (sauce made with fire roasted red pepper, calabrian pepper, harissa paste, tomato paste, roasted walnuts, paprika, cumin, garlic, lemon, pomegranate syrup)!
