NEED HELP! with my 1993 325is
About three months ago I took my 1993 325is through a car wash very stupidly being lazy and then within a few minutes water started pouring out from under the dash on both sides. The car shut off and I had to push it out of the car wash. I still don't know for sure how the water got in but I do have a strong feeling the current windshield was put in improperly but it also could've gotten in through the weather stripping and ran down the frame. I did a number of things to try to get it to start but after three weeks of sitting in the sun it finally decided to dry out and it runs and actually drives now but it idles and runs weird and has hesitation with the throttle. I'm thinking its a sensor, maybe cam timing. Id rather do it myself if its relatively easy. I need suggestions.

An improperly installed windshield or clogged sunroof drains can cause water issues. You need to visit a dedicated E36 forum. Good luck!
