This guy seems like a moron. I would go somewhere else. Carvanna will pick up anything with 4 wheels, same as CarMax.

Now if you LEASED this vehicle then yes you would need to make these alterations yourself. As when you return a leased vehicle you need to have all OEM parts for it including tires, exhaust, etc.

If you bought it outright go somewhere else. I am sure there are plenty of people who would want this vehicle with the options you have listed.

Maybe try selling it on the forum? I used to frequent the X3 forums here and they are always buzzing with folks looking to pick up a decent ride.

Again - no one is forcing anyone to buy or sell or trade in. Ultimately though, BMW CPO program is one of the better in the business - especially for low mileage recent model year vehicles. Getting a CPO MY24 or MY25 is pretty amazing value that lessens as the years go on. A 5yr old Bimmer with 55k miles costs the same to certify as a 5 month old Bimmer so long as it’s not an M car. Not every experience needs to be that a guy is lazy or a dealer is dumb.
