Quick PDF question

hi,
i just scanned something with PDF format but i want to edit it. thinking of maybe just use MS paint cause that all there is in the office.
how can i simply open the file with MS paint, how can i convert to a format in which i can edit. its a pic, not text document.

save the PDF as a jpeg if you want to open in in paint

the Xerox in our office acn only scan to PDF or 'tiff' (i think) that's thinking of a way to convert it
