I just came accross this on the net and thought I'd share.

I personally have all my DVD's ripped on my computer and I stream them to my PS3, however I've had some issues with the wireless. This simplifies the process now. Now I will have a usb hard drive with all my movies and music and will have no lag issues. Also will be very simple for the wife to use:smile:.

I ordered one from newegg along with a 1tb hard drive and external case. I'll post a review when I return home from this deployment (end of Dec. ).

I could probably figure this out given a week or two..but how do you wirelessly stream them to the PS3 ?

Jeff, there is a program called Tversity which does the streaming for you. Just Google "Tversity Media Server PS3" and you should get a lot of info.
