Whew, I forgot what it's like to read static pictures instead of on a computer. I misspoke on my first post. The black dot in the center of the contrast above the humeral head is NOT the supraspinatus tendon. It's the tendon of the long head of the biceps. Your supraspinatus lies above. I'm just used to looking at people in their 50's and above where the muscle is a little less bulky
