Mexico v. Usa Colombus Ohio February 2nd 2009

Well USA just beat Mexico in a qualifying match for the world cup. As a fan of mexico I am mad at the fact that we played such a sloppy game. The two goals scored against Mexico weren't great whatsoever but they did the job. USA remains unbeaten by Mexico on their home turf for over 10 years in qualifying matches. This fact is what makes me most upset. We'll make it to the world cup one way or another (Mexico)
Off to drive my car to let off some steam!

Hey dude I watched the game and im a USA fan. Id say Mexico didn't play too badly, but its not one of the best performances ive seen. Overall I dont think the US played much better. They obviously had more possession but the game was a bit sloppy. Bradley's first goal was not luck. It was a great play from Donovan to get the ball in close and made it an easy finish for someone. Honestly the second goal was a bit weak. I think your goalie should have stopped it either way. I mean it went right under him. As for the guy who says only rich white kids play soccer and nobody in this country cares. You're a moron.

LMAO that is a pretty stupid statement (the last one), though I do mostly agree with your first one.

My 3 cousins are in Italy right now playing in one of Europe's largest youth tournaments. None of them are rich, just very dedicated.

Yeah overall the game was a bit sloppy. I hated how Mexico was trying to play long balls and very rarely used its wings down the sidelines

Great match. Hate Mexico. That Marquez challenge on Howard was inexcusably dirty, this isn't "Mortal Kombat".

I think it'd be great if Mexico somehow failed to qualify for the world cup, but that will never happen.

Sponsors! And plane tickets have been dropping considerably. They did ok against some insane teams.

One of my three cousins got invited back to go play with a team for the rest of the season(3 more months!) in a town outside of Naples. Hopefully he gets signed somewhere, that would be very nice!
