I think a chat option on this page would be great so that two people (limit it to 2 only, so it's easier to hold a private discussion) could communicate instantly. Make it like Facebook and allow a person to be offline if they preferred not to talk to anyone live. I would also not allow for Vendors to chat live as they would clearly be overwhelmed.

Hey just a suggestion, some say it would take it away from the idea of a forum, but I beg to differ, it works great on other sites while keeping their original intent alive.
