How to get info on a cell phone number?

Does anyone know how do I get the name of the owner of a certain cell phone number?

Someone has been trollin me for days with stupid text and I really wanna know who that person is.

Can someone help?

Type in the phone number in Google with parenthesis and see what pops up. Perhaps he was idiotic enough to post his number online somewhere.

You could pay for it and it's certainly not a scam, however they only know the account holder, not the person who's actually using it.

I have the white pages app on my iphone and it will give you the name for cell phones for $2 each, used it a few times before. Like mentioned, it's the account holder, not necessarily the person spamming you. It's a pretty good start though

I've found this site to be useful in the past... it hasn't worked for every number I've ever tried but it usually comes up with something.

I put mine and my wife's phone numbers in that link above, both came out with incorrect info. Just an FYI.

Looks like the carrier information was useless, but where it showed a name, it was the right account holder name when I checked a few numbers in my cellphone list.
