Skin not as tight as it used to be
The skin around my biceps and belly look and feel looser than before. I don't understand. Is it because I reduced my cardio amount (I hardly do it anymore) and because my diet is only average?
My weight/muscle mass hasn't changed. I'm 6' and ~175lbs, with an athletic build. WTF. It's annoying me. Does cardio/dieting matter that much?

Could be because you are getting older? That's the only reason I would think your skin would actually get looser. Unless you are referring to fat.

wat
I'm not sure. It's happened within the span of six months. I feel like it's because I've lost so much weight that my skin hasn't had time to tighten entirely. 50lbs in about two years. I'm 20 years old so I would rule out the age idea.

Know what you mean. The skin on my sack hangs lower now that I'm older....LOL
J/K It may just be that you are retaining more water. Are you taking any "supplements", supplements or have you increased sodium intake? Squeeze you forearm and count how long the "white mark" stays on your skin. The longer you can see it, the more water you are retaining. How old are you? -SZ |

Let this be a lesson to people out there. Never gain weight. It is one of the most sickening experiences. It seems unfathomable but it really is traumatic as I have experienced it.

Its called aging. When you get old you get more and more saggy till you become a wrinkly prune. |

I'm only 21, so I don't expect to be wrinkly anytime soon.
