Here's the shit I've dealt with:

-Had a Blackberry 9000 Bold
-Speakerphone stops working for inexplicable reasons; can't hear ringtones so the phone becomes useless
-Refurbished 9000 is shipped out after a week
-Screen goes to shit (permanently white w/ grey hashlines) after a week for no reason (no damage, physical or liquid)
-Call in pissed off at AT&T. They offer me a model switch to either a 9300 CURVE or a 9700 BOLD
-I choose the 9700 because I'm not an idiot
-Receive 9300 CURVE in mail today
-Thing is a piece of ass. No GPS, shitty screen res. Wtf
-Call in to complain
-"We don't have any notes explicitly stating you choosing the bold over the curve, and we only do model changes for replacements as a one-time courtesy"
-"Yes, well fuck you"
-Hang up
-Impatiently wait for iPhone5


When the hell will the new iPhone come out? Rumors? This phone blows wicked amounts of taint.

The story of bullshit continues.

-Called AT&T back saying we pay a shitload for insurance, you better give us the proper replacement
-Replacement 9700 BOLD is sent out after dealing with this jackass
-Everythingwentbetterthanexpected.jpg?
-Receive 9700 a little over a week later
-Fuckers forget to include a battery and new cover seeing as I'm not swapping it out with a broken 9700 (I still have the 9300 Curve)
-Get to wait another week for those idiots to do this right

I have an HTC Evo, I came from blackberries (Curve and then tour).

Love it. Super nice screen, great interface, lots of apps, great international service. I don't know if they're available w/ATT but it could worth be checking out. I really like the Sony Microsoft phones too.

i traded my storm2 for a bold 9780, had it for a few weeks now, and i love it. havent had any issues.

Apple is all marketing. I love the iPod(great idea) and I use to hate the macbook, but the new one has blown me away. I may upgrade and hold on to that for a couple of years.

T-mobile customer service is awesome, I have had a bunch of phones go out in the 4 years I have had t-mobile, and have yet to buy (or upgrade) another BB after the first one that I got..

At&t seems to have some issues.
