Reminds me of the engineering college I went to. The incoming Freshman had such a bad handle on written English, the college required Freshman to pass a writing exam. If you didn't pass, you had to take a remedial English class.

Lots of things slide when communicating on the Internet. But there are times when I cringe when someone uses "words" like prolly (which isn't a keyboard or innocent grammar mistake) or the use of seen with I.

That said, you ended your first sentence with a preposition. To a grammar purist, that is a cring-worthy offense too. Where do we draw the line.

For me, I used to proofread posts like I would a business letter or memo. I personally gave up on that extra effort years ago. I know I make mistakes now and again. I absolutely know the difference between you're and your but I'm sure I screw up. Butt, I'm just as brilliant as I ever were and everybody should listen too my advise.

Ha. Well, I do know about ending sentences with a preposition. I guess I got lax with keeping everything grammatically correct. But as an Engineer, I'm expected to make those mistakes. But I haven't called out anyone on their grammar either.
