You never had a shot, neither did we. This was all done from the start, the rest was just showboating and posturing, basking in the attention

I just laughed that ESPN told him they had footage of someone burning his jersey in the street. |

Don't get me started on that A-hole...
I'm almost tempted to root for your filthy Lakers if they're playing the Heat in the finals... but we'll see. I don't know if I can slum like that. |

I have a question for all the NYC, Chicago, and NJ fans who are cursing LeBron, etc. He owed nothing to any of you or your cities. He had an open mind and looked at everyone and gave each team a chance to make a pitch to him. In the end he chose Miami. It doesn't matter why, it's HIS career and he has the right to choose what he wants to do. So why all the hate? I can understand being upset that he didn't come to your city, but it's not the end of the world. I can't understand the hatred. The only team/city that has any right to be upset is Cleveland.
*Full disclosure: I'm from South Florida, but I don't really care that much about the Heat. Sure I root for them, but I'm not going to jump on any bandwagon now that LeBron is there.

This will tarnish the Lebron image. He needs to be the batman not play Robin to Wade.

Did anyone see the scroll at the bottom of the screen BEFORE james said he was going to Miami that said the odds of teams winning the championship? They had the lakers first, dont remember the odds, and then another team, dont remember the odds, and then the Bulls 6-1..Boozer was a HUGE pickup even without Lebron, now the bulls have $19 million to spend on more of a supporting cast..that could be the swaying factor this year i think.. all the teams that DIDNT get Lebron who have all this money left over, plus the deeeeeep FA class...should get interesting.

Well... no fires here yet. Then again, the cops are out in full force.

There are like a dozen cop cars in front of the 100 ft. LeBron banner so people won't try to burn it down (along with the building it's hanging from).

It's all relative man... it's more than just a sport here. By him being here, hundreds of millions dollars were injected into our city over the past 7 years... now we're heading back to mediocrity (in sports and sadly in other areas).

I gotta be honest... this really felt like a giant kick in the nuts. If this was his decision, so be it, but he handled it very poorly for the fans in the City of Cleveland. Hopefully he'll mature down there in South Beach.

Sorry Chewy for the loss. Didn't know you were from Cleveland. I would be devastated too.

No hate for him, I just really question him as the alpha competitor he claims to be. In Miami, he will not be "the king"
Are there any ratings results from "The Decision" yet? Bet it beats State of the Union |

meh... life goes on man. It's just getting harder and harder to root for Cleveland sports teams. What do I have to look forward to? The Browns?
