I have about 3-4 jars of coins at my house. Usually toss whatever I have in my pocket in there at the end of the day.

Good for you, man. I was actually thinking of looking into one of the fitness threads as I need to step up the game. Have not excercised in half a year I think even though my phone keeps reminding me every evening. All I do is just running, and MTB and das not enuff.

P. S.: How are the broads and have you got the car yet??

LOL I don't blame you. OT is the only thing keeping me around. I've gotta keep it interesting.

Running is a great option all-around, but you're right! Nothing like targeting those specific muscle groups. PM me if you want some specific split training routines, the shit is brutal but the hypertrophic gains are amazing.

Car build is getting submitted formally in late October-early November so it can be built by the time winter 2016-2017 ends. The dealer has my configuration and deposit already. It took a while to figure out exactly what I wanted, but I'm happy with what I decided on. Changed my mind a bunch of times smh.
