Same here. It rains and everyone drives even worse than normal. It's funny, it barely rains and people drive slow as hell, whether no one is on the road or not. When it poors and you can't see 10ft in front of you on open roads people fly by you at 80mph while your cruising trying to see at 55mph.

I can cook like a champ. I just don't cook good things because why go to all that trouble for myself ya know? Every Sunday it's grilled chicken and some sort of veggie for lunch during the week. Then usually spaghetti or something for dinner.

Thanks for your concern. I'm doing great. Only thing wrong is no power. And if that's my biggest inconvenience I'll go without for as long as it takes. I can find places to stay and shower.

How'd you fair in Dallas?

Power returned at my parents house last night at 8pm. Just as my mom and I were leaving a neighbors house. It's amazing how bright it is inside the house. All truth be told I sort of was getting use to being without power. My life had become so simple.

The house I live in though is still without power. Probably will be for a little while. Since it's close to downtown it got hit really hard too.

There are un-crunchy cheetos? I believe they put the puffs in one of the cement mixer looking machines and spray cheese on.
