hehe, yeah... he's gimpy. His tongue is out 95% of the time (awake or asleep) because he has an overjet.

Pretty happy with the ISO performance on my 7D. This is 3200 ISO. Just a bit of NR applied in ACR. Still good detail. I just need to remember to hit the eyes as a focus point when shooting wide open like this. I focused on the bridge of her nose and it shows. The eyes are just barely outside the focal plane.

Thanks, Reed. Like I added into the text above, I wish I had hit the eyes as the focal point, but it still came out pretty decent considering.

Mark, that's really nice. Well done.
How does it look at 100%? I'll bet the noise shows, BUT that doesn't really matter unless you're going to make a large print.

Thanks, Dave. The full image at 100% does show some noise, but it's minor and I think even an 8x10 print would look fine. I really need to get myself a printer and start printing and framing.

The AF seems to be really good. I like that you can have the after-shot review show you where the focal point was in the shot. I'm still playing around with the different focus point selections. I've been doing center point for so long, I tend to keep to that or at least center AF zone.
