Did you pick up on the fact that the shore scenes for Moby Dick were filmed there?
I was there about 20 years ago in a pub and the old guy running the place put in a video of the movie. He knew about every extra in the scenes and told me who they were and whether they were still living or not. Soon as the boat left shore he turned off the video. PS - the 1956 Moby Dick
