I would expect it’s more likely the volume of vehicles, other regions still get access to options because they don’t do enough volume for the supply issues to potentially impact a build slot allocation, but whereas the US does enough volume that it could impact someone who has already got a build slot but attempts to change to an option that then cannot be fulfilled
