a little psychoticness is probably a good thing. In our employee handbook here at Slate Rock & Gravel we're reminded to try not to "over care" as it may create distractions and can inhibit efficient decision making.

My chosen profession has me in a position where one of my main responsibilities is to enforce standards and regulations (mostly against violators who don't follow them or agree) so I've gotten used to "not caring" what people think, even though many times I can empathize with said "violator"
