Went back to the Ring camera video and listened to the sound, sure enough, I could hear the door locks being unlocked. So I pressed "lock" on the app. That was 3 hours ago and the BMW app still shows locked as of right now.

It: almost sounds like your account may have been hacked. Can you reset your user name and password?

Have you checked in the My BMW app, there is a "Remote History" option where you can see any remote commands sent to the car. Would be interesting to see if there is an unlock in the history around that time.

does it show all the remote histories from all time?
mine says the list is empty. very strange.

and actually i've had some weird "status updates" in myBMW app when i'm away from my car. it has been very suspicious so i really want to find out what who sent those commands to my car
