One of the performers Thé Lau died of cancer a couple of years ago(this is his song, he is there on the podium the guy at the mike on the photo, still) . @ 1:55 there is Barry Hay lead singer of the Golden Earring. Pretty famous of their hits: Radar Love, Back Home, When the Lady smiles etc. They're from The Hague. Anyway enjoy, though you prolly won't understand one word of it
