Incubator (crock pot) fresh Italian sausages from a local farm, with palm hearts pasta and some low-sodium/sugar jarred pasta sauce. After 10 hours in the incubator with some chicken bone broth to keep them moist, those bangers were the most tender ones I have ever eaten.....

No photos bc it went down quicker than it took to make it.
Scrambled eggs with onion, pre-cooked defrosted salmon (cold), some bread, a can of soup, and cold brew coffee. Someone had to get through all the leftovers |

I have become a chicken tender fiend! There is this one place by the house in NC that makes the BEST tenders hands down! They manage to get them super crispy outside, but still moist and juicy inside. I dream about those tenders. I found out their “boneless wings” are basically their tenders cut smaller so I order that instead as it’s cheaper and I don’t need no stinking sides! The place is closed Monday & Tuesday so Wednesdays and Sundays I binge!
