After a couple of weeks of below-average temps -- we had a couple of days when it didn't even make it to 70F -- the forecast is for summer to return. The temp right now (4 AM) is 48F. Come back, summer -- I miss you!

Yesterday was quite gross in the 90s before humidity also... Supposed to be a bit cooler today.

Also had a EF1 tornado come through less than a week and half ago. My office is pretty darn close to here but unaffected.

Our heat wave here ended overnight, with a low of 63F and highs through the middle of next week forecast to only be in the mid-70's F.

Down yonder in SC at our tree farm, the forecast highs for today through the upcoming holiday weekend are in the mid-90's F. Needless to say that we aren't planning to go down there for a long holiday weekend with it being that hot.....

We've had a few nights that chilly recently, too. But the daytime forecast for the next 3-4 days is for 90s and maybe hitting 100F tomorrow.
