I imagine this list consists of high volume dealerships, which is uninteresting, and would be More interested in a top service-after-the-sale list. They probably just rotate all the dealers through this list so that they can put a plaque up on their wall lol

I live near grapevine Texas (BMW of Grapevine) and I don’t recommend them.

Hmmm. My dealers on there. Not sure about that whole Circle of Excellence thing, they're just volume dealer and sell cheaper than everybody else, that's not excellence, that's just being cheap.

Not surprised Passport BMW, my dealer, made the list. They are top notch and I've been a customer for twenty years.....six M cars and five wagons and SAVs....

This metric means nothing for this forum. One can feel good about where they got their cars from, some of very creative SAs work at those dealerships and it means nothing whether they give you a good deal or a buying experience. Lot driven by sale numbers.
To us they are all stealerships at the end of the day

Kitchen table buying, my bimmer store was 1k miles away, overnighted paperwork, deposit by credit card
20 min phone talking, 5 emails later Negotiated some money off, base rate and all incentives/rebates Performance delivery center pickup so actual location of store selling didn’t matter to me if they were in Wyoming or round the corner Edit: nice to see 3 New England stores on here but none had any spots for orders that month |

I agree but that list would be short. All any dealer cares about is sales. Keeping great cars on the road in an effective manor is not their concern in the slightest.

Yeah, they are brutal. In the past 2 months I’ve ordered an X3 for my wife and a Z4 for myself. Tried about every dealer in the Chicagoland area. In the end I just used a broker. I don’t think I’ll ever buy a car again without going that route.

Basically have pre-negotiated deals with a dealer. In my case, I got 9% off MSRP of the X3 order, and also all incentives and tier 1 financing rate at no markup. Z4 was the same, but only 4% off. Also no add ins or any other bs.
We picked up the X3 3 weeks ago and was the simplest process I’ve ever done. Everything was as agreed and they didn’t try to tack anything on. My Z4 moved to “dispatched front the factory” status this morning and I’m expecting the same. Edit: here’s a link to a quick recap I wrote after we picked up the X3 in case you’re interested. https://g29.bimmerpost.com/forums/sh....php?t=1993402 Last edited by RigaTony1982; 03-02-2023 at 10:21 PM..
