Agreed. That and I always am treated like just another number in line and not an actual customer. I am excited to see Tomkinson made it for the first time. I have been very happy with them. Congrats!

Classic BMW in Plano, TX does not deserve the award. When I was buying my M3. I offered cash for my car and requested $2000 over invoice to the SA. I get a call from the general manager stating that at that price they would not be interested in my business and if I wa serious about trying to own an M3 to come back with a better price. I told the guy that I guess he not also interested in servicing my vehicles either. Guy a freaking jerk.

Got my first BMW at BMW of Bridgeport... and I have to say they were just OK.
INSKIP BMW has been great - with one exception which they did a great job correcting. I'm surprised they didn't make it to the list. My CA & SA are great. |

Yeah it's close to SFO International. My GF went there for service before she loved it.

My closest dealer is Valencia BMW and I can tell you right now, SERVICE did not play a role in that award. lol
