I rock chucks all the time! mostly the all black ones.. I love them because theyre a simple design and pretty much go with anything.. I buy gel inserts though so mine are comfy as hell. All I wear are chucks and authentic vans.

i think they would do fine. when i'd wear them, i wouldn't really say to myself "holy shit, these are so comfy" but at the same time they felt good enough so that i couldn't even feel that i was wearing them (aka no discomfort). after you break them in, they feel great. a little thinner than your typical nike sb but they still held up very well

I wear the shit out of my Top-Siders, they're about the same price as the shoes you guys posted but I have 3 pair and wear them with different outfits. I for one think they're pretty comfortable, just don't run a marathon in them.
Those Purcells look sick though, I might have to check those out. |
