I play wiz in d3, although I'm not as into it this season as I thought I'd be. I think I'm about paragon 200 right now. Not sure how long I'll keep playing. I feel like they made the necromancer pay-to-win. It costs $15 and just so happens to hold the highest solo GR record this season? Doesn't sound like a coincidence to me. Maybe I'm just salty that my precious wizard isn't the best anymore.

No, thats an issue from Battlefield since its release of BF2.

I mean PC gaming in general - more specifically, in FPS games. It was certainly an issue in the earlier BFs as well (people shooting jet planes out of their assault rifles in 2142 ).

Still moving along with the Season 11 Necromancer, Paragon 515 and counting. Absolutely mowing T13 now, moving in on GR70 solo, should hit it tonight.

I take my time to the paragon levels, just stuck at the setportal with Rathma and the item "launch 100 skelettons". I only come up to approximately 25 or 30...any suggestions? The 500 secs downtime for army of death is no problem...

You mean Skeletal mages?

Use Devour: Devouring Aura to munch up corpses, and the Life from Death passive to spawn extra globes, and Reapers Wraps bracers for resource (essence) regeneration on globe pickup. The combo will keep your essence maxed with ease and you can move through the dungeon spamming mages.

You always have to gear/skill to meet the dungeon requirements, rarely does the build you've adopted let you sail through cleanly.

Also having the Nailuj's Evol ring will cast 2 mages for the cost of 1, which helps immensely as well. If you don't have one its pretty easy to gamble for one from Kadala.... At lvl70 it is a ~2% chance to roll when you get a legendary ring. The easiest way to get one is to make a new Necro and level him up to lvl12. Then go gamble for rings from Kadala. At level 12 there are only 2 lgendary rings that can spawn, Nailuj's Evol and Leorics Signet. Chances are if you start with 800 or so blood shards you'd get the ring first try. Extract the power in the cube and then go smash the dungeon mastery.

Indeed, it was the skeletton mage. I fixed the basic goal meanwhile, set the skeleton mage onto right mousebutton and changed rune of the corpse to "freeze". That was an easy walkthrough but now I hadnt reached the 500 secs cooldown for the army of death and funny enough, there were 2 enemies less to reach the necessary 420 for bonus close up

I can solo a GR76 with my Paragon 600 wiz, damage isn't the problem, it's surviving. I can do a GR70 solo in about 3.5min.

I need to start leveling up gems to augment my ancient stuff to get into the 80s. Maybe find more ancient stuff cause i think only 5/13 of my items are ancient.

Damn now I'm stuck at work and want to play D3.

Oh and I got another chicken dinner last night in squads! I think thats my 5th or 6th KFC.

Indeed, I made it to GR75 last night on my Necro, whom is now P600something, I kill quite fast (sub 5m complete) but I get one shotted like a mofo. I did find a primal ancient rathmas chest plate last night that I was super pleased with but still filing in my ancients and leveling up gems to burn for Caldesann's despair.

On my non-seasonal account I have a P925 Impale DH that solos GR85-90 without issue, but again as it gets higher you get insta-deaded with no warning.
