We find ourselves renting a lot more movies these days. In the past we had sports I guess? Although we don't really watch much sports either.

And a better backup program. Preferably not so "off site" as we have now.

It's barely 12pm and I already saw two horrible things: a final for one of my harder courses, and a fried cricket in my airbox

Gonna go to the car wash to clean it out the last time it was washed could even be in December lol

Crazy. What's the cutoff for AGI?

I'm pretty sure we won't get anything....but I'm okay with that as long as those that need it get it.

Went by our favorite small local pizza joint for takeout. Its been open since I was in high school.

Left them a $100 tip, I thought the woman was going to cry. Made me feel good and bad at the same time.

Here’s another video from my album release concert in 1999. This song is called Passion.

$75K single / $150K couple for the full $1,200/person, going down incrementally to zero at $100K/$200K.

I have spent my life earning 1/3 of market working at a not-for-profit, so my DW and I are well under the $150K to get the full payout.....

I'm a little bit concerned about my daily morning vitals. My morning temperature is bouncing around my normal range (96.9 F this morning), but my weight is down 6 pounds this week and 15 total pounds since COVID-geddon started for me a month ago tomorrow.

Being on serious fluid restrictions and crazy doses of Vitamin Pee, I have to monitor weight daily looking for signs of fluid retention. Thing is that I'm slamming water like it's going out of style. In terms of food, I'm eating bread and rice (not supposed to), and even eating semi-normal stuff for breakfast instead of my usual steamed vegetables. We have no easy access to food in the building where I work, so it isn't that I was eating more there. Heck, I've only been to the work cafeteria 3 times in 34+ years!

Anyway, has anyone else noticed significant weight drops while WFH, despite lack of exercise and eating worse than before?????

I've dropped 10lbs in a month, but I can attribute that to much lighter meals (no eating out) and exercise (2x/day walks and 5 or 6 trainer rides/week).

It is a common Internet forum acronym for Darling Wife, although I guess it could also be Darn Wife depending on the phase of the moon.

We are happily married, and have never had an argument in our 16 years of marriage.....

A good friend of mine who is older (70's) always refers to his wife as his "Charming Bride".

Done so as long as I can remember.

That's awesome of you to do, but like you said sad at the same time. I'm sickened by the fact that before quarantine even started, the local Chinese restaurant basically had to turn the lights off. I went there a few times to support them and they were very grateful. When I mentioned how the restaurant was struggling to a few acquaintances they said "you ate there??". Umm yeah, they get their ingredients locally you moron.
