Reminds me of the whole furor breaking out from a video published on Youtube of a guy in a Rover SUV running over an "innocent" biker. Then the rest of the video came out showing how this group of riders were being thugs on the road trying to intimidate the driver of the SUV...who by the way had his wife and kid in the car.

On another note, I must admonish everyone on the fact that they should be giving MAD RESPECT to the performance of the FORD FUSION. I have one and now I'm going to have to bring it to the next Cars and Coffee. Screw this M6 and i8 BS. I'm going straight Ford Fusion.

P. S. The Fusion is a V6 which isn't totally anemic. Just sayin'

Get the old "eXerati" wing for it - and the Aero kit of course. If it's ecoboost, can overboots it for epic traps?

Well.....the biker should have been smart enough to not try and play chicken on the center line with a pissed off owner of a 3,000 lb car.....

Agree - he had PLENTY of opportunities to remove himself of the situation.

Also agree - Car owner should lose his license for a year, or longer.

For me, the way i think is, if i'm doing something illegal and it has negatively affected another driver, either actually or perceived, i yield to them.

For instance, if i'm using a long ass right hand turn lane to pass about 300 cars before i get to the next light and there isn't at least a 3 car length gap for me to politely get back in line, i continue to the light and turn right. Risk / reward, risk / penalty. Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't, but i'm not gong to be that dick who forces their way back into the flow of traffic after getting out of it.



So to me, the biker, seeing that douche #2 was pissed about his lane splitting should have just gotten in the left lane, which was completely clear, and gone about his day. That's just how i see it though.

It always amazes me that douche #1 gets pissed off at douche #2 because douche #2 is pissed off at douche #1 for doing something wrong, illegal or just not socially acceptable. I just want to be like, "Hey douche / douchette, you're the first douche in this equation, let it go."

Actually if you look again, the car stayed in his lane (1:00-1:09). The biker then sped ahead and cut him off (around 1:13).
