Just bought a ton of mods that cost almost as much as i paid for the Z, last picture before the modding begins.

Nice Z! I've been thinking of picking up a 240Z to play around with.

Thank you. If you are serious about owning one I suggest you to start looking now, take your time and find the best Z you can buy. They all have some rust, ranging from simple surface to Fred Flintstone floorboads, rust free ones are unicorns unless they had a concours restoration. But its a blast to drive and incredibly simple and easy to maintain/modify.

You're right about starting to look now. Prices on classic cars of all makes seem to keep on rising. Another classic I'd love to have is an Alfa GTV. I've been looking over the years and can't really justify the prices they are going for these days. I've got an E30 325is that is in decent shape but could use some work, so I'm debating on whether to keep that as my "classic project car" or sell it and look for something like a 240. I really do love the lines of the old Z cars and how they are relatively easy to work on.

As of right now, yes. Aside from occasionally buying stuff for the apartment. Used to spend quite a bit on photography stuff, not so much anymore. That woodworking stuff looks awesome!

Thinking about getting MPX 4.5 when it comes out. Already have a laptop bag mod for it.

My money pits:
[img] And I consider my vacation home a money pit because I don't spend much time out there due to work and other things occupying my time. I hope to spend more time there this summer instead of just paying the mortgage. |

I figured you had to have spent some time around here with the NOVA comment. It's nice to be far enough away from home to consider it being away but not so far that it's a pain in the rear to get there. I also figured out another route to get to the vacation house that bypasses the mess on Rt 50 near the outlets in Queen Anne's County.
