Best wishes for speedy recovery. I’d be interested in a review of the Dogma F, particularly vs the outgoing F12 if you’d ridden it. What is that CF saddle on the Dogma?

Hey mate,

Your f12 is a thing of beauty

Unfortunately I haven't had the privilege of riding the f12. Ive had the Bianchi for 8 years and it's the only bike I've ridden fir some time.

By all accounts, the difference is pretty small. The F12 itself was only released in 2019. It's still a new bike!

The saddle is a Berk Lupina. Comes in at 70gms

Finally got out for a 19 mile ride today. Warm, but windy AF. Most of it was broadside, which is a pain, but not as bad as a headwind. I'm seriously out of shape after phoning in trainer rides all winter.

Nice day. Got in 20 miles. Little bit of wind, but it wasn't too annoying. My times are down, though. Paying the Piper for not for working out harder this winter.

Nice work! I’ve been lagging too. Trainer yesterday. As long as I stet in z2 I’m fine 😂

Wind in my area has been in gusting 20's and tomorrow it's going to be in mid 30's with am temps failing back to 32F which is nuts. I just got a new job here in town so I was planning on riding to work but weather is not wanting to work in our favor,

Wind kills it for me. You can dress for the cold, but wind sucks no matter what you're wearing.

Gran Fondo today. I kinda feel like 65 mi/~100km is my hard limit. I'm cooked.

Wonder how people do stuff like 300km/all day sunrise to sunset rides…

My limit is about 60-90 minutes. After that, I'm toast. I know a woman my age (~mid-60s) who does 100 mile rides several times per month. A couple of years ago she did a 400k ride in one day. It would take me 2-1/2 weeks to do that kind of mileage.

Tough day on the bike yesterday, riding a fund raiser for our local community bike shop. 8 miles and 5 food stops!

That is a work of art

Do you have any experience with the padded version? If so, any real difference?

Hey Mate. I don't but I've had 2 rides on this saddle. I did 62km on Tuesday and 40km today.

I will probably leave the saddle on for the next month just to see whether my butt gets used to it but at the 50km mark you could feel that the saddle had no padding.

I would say that the padded version would only be better even if it's only a little bit of cushion.

Also it depends on the type of saddle your used to. My other saddle is very similar in shape.

Heading out on Saturday for an 80+ km ride. I'm hoping it holds up.

Quick review.

Finally got out on the Dogma F. The bike feels snappy but not as nimble or edgy as the Bianchi Oltre. It feels so stable and slightly more comfortable for a race bike. Really surprised by how well it climbed.

Got to bomb down some steep sections and it felt confident.

Still getting my fitness back and making micro adjustment to my positioning but so far I am really impressed with this bike.

Beautiful build with no expense spared.

The Lightweight wheels are next level too!
