Everyone was distracted by the obvious "Paul is dead" deception at the very end, and missed the *real* hidden message in another part of the song.....

I still haven't managed to decode it. If I'm lucky, it's a Liverpool telephone number with a million quid prize waiting. On my bucket list, though.....

Beer was 25 cents a bottle, with flip tops. That was very potent German beer.

Time for my rant du jour. I was checking out the alarm clock feature on the iPhone over the weekend, and set a recurring weekday alarm out of curiosity.
Before I continue, let me ask if my parents were the only people on the planet to hang a wind-up music box over my crib as an infant? The sound makes me sleepy to this day. So, as I scrolled through the iPhone's alarm tone options, I noticed that every single one of them sounded like a soft wind-up music box. No submarine DIVE! horn, no air raid siren, not even a "beep, beep, beep" to actually wake me up...just lullaby music to put me back to sleep. Most millennials these days use their phones as alarm clocks, and let's just say that it is suddenly obvious to me why whey are not morning people and always late for work/school. Their phones put them back to sleep, instead of jarring them out of bed! Maybe the sound of a wind-up music box jars millennials into fight-or-flight adrenaline rushes from Hollywood's use of them in horror movies? I don't watch the genre, but I'm pretty sure that a chain saw sound would jar me into consciousness long before a music box melody. Not because of the hockey mask guy, mind you, but because my old man accidentally dropped a tree onto my bedroom roof at 7 AM using a chain saw...and a tree smashing the window out will wake anyone up from a deep sleep! Good thing that I've reached the age where I'm usually up before my alarm goes off, because I'd never cut it as a millennial using an iPhone as my alarm clock.....

If I need to make very sure that I wake up, I use my Apple Watch and set it to vibrate and then set the iPhone to go off a couple minutes later at a standard beep. That way I can kill the iPhone alarm before it goes off as long as the AW wakes me up.
Wifey sets our clock radio alarm to a country music station because she knows that will drive me nuts and I'll have to wake up to kill the alarm if she's not there to do it.

At least 6 times every night here, visiting the, um, drivers' lounge.
Get off my lawn, kid, and watch out for that yellow puddle.....

My doctor asked me how often I went to the bathroom during the night and I told her about 5-6 times. She asked with astonishment "every night???". I said "What-no, a year." She seemed to calm down after that.

I try to drink a poop ton of water to counter the ton of Titos I have on the weekends. Plus the fact that I don't like soft drinks anymore (soda, teas, fruit drinks etc) so water it is
