Any authorities on navigation technology out there?
Jeez this is probably the most off topic thing ever but is anyone an authority on navigation technologies or have a position or job that has to do with navigation in any way?(GPS, LORAN, celestial, etc.) I'm doing a report on the history of navigation and it seems the teacher gives to including interviews in it. So if anyone can help (its a miracle) jk it would be great and I might even feel obligated to buy you an inexpensive mod such as a car wash card i don't know. Thanks

Not personally, no. But do a little research on laser ring gyros. They're one of the more advanced technologies in navigation right now. Call over to the engineering dept at UCLA or UCSD or Cal Poly. Better yet, check their websites and see who's into it. Read up, develop some intelligent questions. I'll bet a prof would give you a few minutes of his/her time if you were prepared.
