Why e90post?
Sorry...another newb question...Just curious why people choose to post here versus bimmerfest or bimmerforums, etc...or do you post in multiple forums?
...for me I like the concentration on the 3-series here...being a brand new owner yet to take delivery, it's all e92 all the time...

Cause the people on bimmerforums are assholes even moreso than people here and this forums is 3er only.

1) It's focused mainly on the 3 series
2) The community here doesn't consist of a bunch of noobs. Go on Bimmerfest or whatever and there's so many reposts of stupid questions that it's not even funny. 3) The community here is friendlier. A lot of the common posters are easily identifiable. 4) I like the layout. It has the general 3 series discussion, general BMW discussion, general auto discussion, and OT sections that I frequent a lot. Those are mainly the reasons why.

I read/post in all 3. Having said that, I do prefer E90post as it is more 3 series oriented.

I joined all 3 when I first got my 3er but haven't logged onto the other 2 since sept 06. Too many dumb, uninformative posts, not that we don't have our fair share but the concentration of quality info is a lot better.

+1... i think people here have a broader perspective too... not all fanboys which is a good sign of enthusiast diversity.
