ZX Spectrum Vega

I think that the Commodore 64 was the prevalent 8-bit machine in the United States in the 1980's ... so this may not mean a great deal to the US folks. That said, I definitely don't want to prejudice anyone's knowledge of the ZX Spectrum outside of the UK and a few other European countries. The Spectrum did sell 5M+ units globally. Anyway .. rambling now .. there is a new release of the ZX Spectrum out - cut down, plug and play version if you like :

ZX Vega

I was one of the first one thousand contributors via a crowd funding site ( Indiegogo )

Arrived earlier this week ... build quality very nice. Had a play on a few games so far : I have two weeks off now, at home with my kids ... so should have some fun with this on the rainy days.

Some pics ...
