Getting a second opinion from another dealership
So I bought my car from a dealership 35 miles - 1 hour in heavy LA traffic - from where I live. A closer one, which is 9 miles away, is where I get my car serviced.
If I have concerns about services rendered (issue didn't get fixed because it happens so randomly), can I take it to the original dealership to get it checked out for a second opinion? Or would there be a record indicating these concerns have already been checked out? |

I have done that many times. Tell them you warrantee service, and tell them you are very busy and want to leave the car, and ask for a loaner in advance.
Set an appointment and do not say a word. Quote:
