The XF-R does need a good body treatment for the "R" spec model. I have mixed feelings about the stock XF, let's just say it doesnt blow me away.

BimmerLoyalist we were just talking about this. What do you think of this new bodykit?

It is a jag so yeah it can be subtle and still appreciated. The front bumper seems perfect, but I'm not sure about the side skirts. Aggressive they may be but they have a tacky look IMO. Maybe it's the paint though. White isnt a Jag colour...

Wheels arent very good either, but the car would look amazing with the XK wheels. Rear diffuser and quads are subtle but effective. I like this deck spoiler too. It's not loud and it shouldnt be. I do hate the chrome accenting on the bootlid. Ruins the rear of the car honestly.

So again, mixed feelings but time will tell. It's supposed to be running a 5.0 Supercharged engine. Should be amazing given the feedback we've had on the XF lineup so far, especially the SV8

Well I don't know what to say really...I'm still not sold on it to be honest.

It's definitely subtle...except those rockers look completely out of place. Like you said they look tacky...very aftermarket-y. The chrome destroys the back, which isn't all that visually interesting anyways. The spoiler lip is respectable but something about it doesn't look right. Hopefully that diffuser comes out black underneath that tape. If it does then good I'll like it. If it's body colored then that's a big thumbs down. The quads add some much needed aggression to the rear.

The front is kinda...well...it doesn't do anything for me. There's not much you can do when you ruin the headlights as bad as Jag did. Also, I need to see that hood bulge in a different light or a different color 'cause I can't tell what's going on there.

I'd give it a 6/10.

Ok so they need to get rid of the chrome trim around the windows (a glossy black...like "shadow line" trim would work), fix those damn headlights, widen the spoiler lip so it spans across the width of the car's rear, and it's in desperate need of some sort of shoulder definition. It looks like a lump across the sides. The side skirts need to be toned down/simplified too.

One seriously ugly car.

Well I sat in one the other day and I have to say the swiveling AC vents and Gear shifter are just gimmicky.

Little things like the switch gear (such as the mirror adjusters and window switches) are nothing but the ones from the LR2 - spray painted silver.

Was very disappointed in the car.
