So Stoked!! Dad's R8 is almost here!!!!

so my dad calls me from work this morning, he says that my brother was at the Audi Dealer with his car (06 S4) and he did some asking around and it turns out that my dad's R8 landed in Halifax last week.

should be here in 2-3 weeks!!!!! oh man i am so pumped about this...

Dad is getting his from Pfaff in Vaughn. They are getting 1 R8 a month. so there arent a ton of them around.

ps, i sure am going to be trying to impress some ladies!!!! hahaha

Weird. last week I saw 3 when I went to the grocery store. Literally within 300 meters, 3 different R8s. Guess I'm just lucky. They look much better in real life than in pics.

We took Delivery today of the R8. It is so insanely cool. it drives like a dream, it is so fast and it sounds like a beast!

The carbon fiber side blades are going on on monday.

there was a mixup from the factory...should look even sicker!

If my dad had one I sure as hell would.

Instead, I have the nicest car in the family by far. My mom DDs an E36 vert, my dad an older Accord wagon, and they also have an Expedition and E32... So I guess I'll stick to impressing the ladies in my car, haha.

That's a hell of a damn driveway full though. The R8 is beautiful. I can't wait to see it with the CF blades. It's going to be sick.

I love the styling of the Audi S's too. I think my next car may be an S5 if it's not a BMW.
