What's Your 7-Car Dream Garage?
Hey everyone! Not sure if there's a thread similar to this, but I thought it'd be both fun and interesting to see what people's dream garages are like. I'm sure that most, if not all of us, would buy all our dream cars if we could, so I figured I'd set the limit to 7 cars (one for each day of the week ).
I'll get started: BMW M2 - Current car and couldn't be happier with it! Alfa Romeo Giulia QV - As Jeremy Clarkson says, you're not a true petrolhead until you've owned an Alfa GLC63 AMG - Not into the whole SUV thing but can't deny their practicality; I saw one of these in a blacked out spec and thought it was stunning. Focus RS - Not a lot of words needed for this one: I love hot hatches. 911 GT3 - Arguably the best version of the world's best all-around sports-car. 600 LT - Looks good, sounds good, and is very, very quick. Since it's a dream garage, why not? I love McLaren's current design language and a lot of signs point to this car being one of the best the brand has produced. Eleanor Mustang - I think no dream garage is complete without an oldie, and while old Ferraris and Lamborghinis are more valuable, I much prefer this classic Mustang. Can't quite put my finger on why, just something about it appeals to me. Mine might be a little too "practical" and modest for a dream garage, but everyone is free to do it however they want to. Possibilities are endless! Last edited by ForniteFever_01; 06-18-2019 at 12:45 AM.. |

I have 7 cars...man, it’s getting to be a pain storing, moving, detailing and maintaining all of them.
Maybe this should be ‘7-car dream garage including enclosed storage for all 7 and a personal mechanic/detailer’ |

Great thread as it spurred fun thoughts on one more car to dream about.
Done with mine. BUT want one more to round to 8. Will retire in 5 years and then spend most of my time working on them and driving them up and down the wonderful North Georgia geography. Want: 911 GT3 (had one on deposit several years ago but got distracted with life).
Those are in the garages. A 17 WRX serves as daily. Thanks for letting me share. I was trying to figure out what to do today and this process motivated to go up the mountain roads hunting for that elusive GT2 RS again. I see it, and then poof- gone again. The driver has no fear.

7 cars is a bit excessive for me, but a well rounded 3-4 car garage for me would include :

Two things:
Thing one, I've been thinking about my list since this post went up and I still can't get even close to 7 cars, I'm like 20..... Thing two, twenty one posts and not one EV....not trying to hijack the thread, just an observation. Great choices so far everyone. Last edited by Grumpy Old Man; 04-29-2019 at 04:36 PM.. |
