Rear lower tailgate interior plastic paint peeling
Sorry about the title, it's such a mouthful. So the lower part of the trunk opening, on the inside there's those 2 black plastic panels, the paint is peeling. I think it was peeling on the day that I picked up the car, Oct of 2019, and now it's gotten worst and kinda ugly looking. I was wondering if there's a paint that I can use to rub it over to make it look good again. You know, like those type that we use to shine our leather shoes. Or is it better to just take it to the dealership and ask if they can touch it up or replace them? I'm attaching 2 pics. Any comments appreciated.

If so, yeah, that's a warranty issue, take it to the dealer - do you have any pics from when you picked it up? |

yes i'm talking about the seam section AND the big smudge that looks grayed out. it looks like it's been abused and rubbed on, but i hardly use the lower lift nor have i loaded anything rough. i didn't take any pics when i first got the car.
