my fave dimsum : Siao Long Pao (especially the ones in HK or Shanghai)
some of my fave dishes:
1. Sea Mantis in Garlic
2. Shark's fin Soup (kinda feel bad for this but i rarely try this out)
3. Abalone in Oyster sauce (FTW!!!)

I've never had the true authentic stuff. Just the typical mall places, strip malls spots or P.F. Changs(I hate them the most, overpriced and really really bad for you). Cleveland isn't exactly known for it's fantastic asian cuisine

I do love me some sushi though.
